Change your workouts. Modify the exercises you do to work out the same general muscle groups in new ways.

Finally, learn to eat well. If you're not aware yet, your body works best when you provide it the right nutrients. Your body rebuilds itself after tough exercises. When you give it enough energy, vitamins, and nutrients, it does the work better.

If you are an athlete, getting an adequate amount of sleep can help you in your athletic performance as well. Studies have shown that athletes who get more sleep perform better in their sleep compared to athletes who do not get as much sleep.

When you exercise, think about the quality of your movements, changing up your schedule, and eating healthily.
